WTW Connected RI

Connected RI set out to give risk managers a single, holistic view of risk — a hard problem spanning actuaries, marketers, analysts and developers. The early work aligned that cross-disciplinary team on one shared picture of the user and the outcome.

With the lead business analyst, I built a structured design process — controlled quality gates at each phase — to keep a complex, multi-year programme consistent from end to end.

I built an Atomic design system in Adobe XD, hosted in CC Libraries — letting other designers scale their work while holding one consistent visual language across the programme.

I finalised a full UI prototype with specifications for the front-end team to build in Angular. Delivered over three years and reaching 140+ countries, Connected RI gave 91% of the Fortune 1000 a holistic view of risk — significantly enhancing client retention.
