Leveraging the Google Design Sprint framework, I facilitated a series of design thinking workshops over a 4–5 day period — enabling the rapid generation, testing, and development of innovative ideas.
Mapped user journeys and prioritised tasks based on initial proto-personas — identifying user segments, understanding their goals and pain points, and aligning design solutions with user needs.
Facilitated a remote ideation session using the Crazy 8’s sketching technique — helping the team converge on a winning concept to advance to the next stage.
I designed and developed a prototype to conduct comprehensive remote usability tests with clients. Leveraging Dovetail, I analysed the results to identify pain points and areas for improvement.
Based on the findings, I iterated on each feature — refining design and functionality, and providing detailed documentation ensuring clarity and traceability for the development team.
