01 / Discover / The discoverability problem

PriorityPass members had access to 1,800+ lounges across 148 countries — but the mobile experience made that breadth hard to see, and fragmented branding added friction. The core problem was discoverability: helping members find, and book, the full network available to them.

Sketching the concept

Working alongside the product owner, I sketched early concepts to test how much of the network we could surface up front — a homescreen that rolls up the key information, quick access to data updates, and lounge detail led by photography and facilities.

02 / Define / Experience & IA

I optimised the user journeys and Information Architecture to streamline the end-to-end booking experience and reduce friction at each step.

03 / Develop / A cohesive brand system

I developed a cohesive visual language aligned to the PriorityPass brand — updating colour palettes, typography, iconography and imagery for a consistent, modern identity across the app.

04 / Deliver / A discovery-led journey

The optimised journey was aligned to the app's core proposition — helping members discover the full breadth of lounges available to them, turning 1,800+ lounges across 148 countries from a hidden catalogue into a network members could actually explore and book.
