Leveraging user insights, I enhanced the Salary Sacrifice proposition for ElectriX by developing a self-service portal — enabling companies to efficiently manage their employees and streamline the entire process.
Building on the research programme already compiled for ElectriX, I mined the existing user insights to understand how companies and employees experience salary-sacrifice EV schemes — putting hard-won evidence to work rather than starting cold.

I used those insights to reframe the proposition around self-service — so companies could onboard and manage employees, and run the scheme, without manual handholding.

I simplified a complex, multi-step employer onboarding journey — reworking it into a clearer, faster path for HR managers — and established the portal's design system and component library alongside it.

The redesign tackled a journey with significant drop-off head-on, making scheme setup clearer and faster for HR managers. Just as importantly, the design system I established became the foundation the next two or three feature cycles built on directly — no rebuilding from scratch each time.
