As the Senior UX Designer, I collaborated with the product management team to manage and develop a cutting-edge futures trading platform for energy traders.
Leveraging the Google Design Sprint framework, I facilitated a series of design thinking workshops over a 4-5 day period. This approach enabled the rapid generation, testing, and development of innovative ideas.
Mapped user journeys and prioritized tasks based on initial proto-personas. This involved identifying user segments, understanding their goals and pain points, and creating detailed journey maps to align design solutions with the user needs.
Facilitated a remote ideation session with an Art Museum using the Crazy 8's sketching technique. This process helped converge on a winning concept to advance to the next stage of the design process.
I designed and developed a prototype aimed at conducting comprehensive remote usability tests with clients. Leveraging Dovetail, I meticulously analyzed the results to identify user pain points and areas for improvement.
Based on the findings, I iterated on each feature, refining the design and functionality. I provided detailed documentation for each iteration, ensuring clarity and traceability for the development team. Finalized the optimized features, readying them for the subsequent development phase.
