Allianz ElectriX —
Developed an innovative EV marketplace proposition for an Allianz startup venture, enabling users to easily lease, insure, and install smart chargers seamlessly.

I worked with the product team to develop a new Information Architecture (IA) for the website, shifting its focus from educational to transactional. This involved understanding user needs, designing key user flows, and creating an intuitive structure to support seamless transactions.
Collaborated with stakeholders to develop and optimize content, resulting in wireframes ready for CMS build. This involved gathering content requirements, refining existing materials, and creating new content, all aligned with business goals and user needs.

These optimized wireframes provided a clear visual guide for the development team, ensuring a smooth transition to CMS integration.

Conducted advanced unmoderated user research sessions to evaluate content design at every stage of the design process. This approach provided valuable insights and ensured the design aligned with user needs and expectations throughout development.

Using the design system components and templates I then crafted key journeys and prototyped all the high-fidelity screens in Figma for usability testing and stakeholder buy-in.

The UI in Figma was accompanied by comprehensive design specifications to guide the development team in creating custom CMS components and rapidly complete the build.
