01 User research
Studied who was going to use this new research platform with some high-level ethnographic research. This then developed into a series of persona documents.
02 Information Design
Using the persona I developed a sitemap to begin planning how the content/user flow could work with the key project stakeholders (Software Vendor, Corporate Marketing, Head of Equities Research).
03 Prototyping
Using the sitemap the next stage was to rapidly develop and iterate a prototype for the users / stakeholder to provide feedback every week.
04 Iconography
As the prototype developed I collaborated and created a new set of icon-glyphs.
05 Visual Design
With the prototype sign-off and the creative assets completed, I then created hi-fidelity wireframes in illustrator for the front-end developer to start coding.
